Electrified Fencing

Most common Uses

The most common uses of electrified fencing are in protecting isolated property and the defence of high-security facilities; particularly where the cost of security personnel is high in relation to automated security equipment.

Automated security system

Isolated property is vulnerable in that it is difficult or time-consuming to send security personnel to respond, therefore it must be self-sufficient with an automated security system. The electric pulse is a strong deterrent for criminals, while palisade fencing is mechanically stronger than a typical steel cable.

Types of Security Fencing

Palisade Fencing

Electrified palisade fences are usually made of painted mild steel, galvanized steel, stainless steel or aluminium and are typically 2.4 metres high.

Concrete Walls

Concrete is one of the most durable building materials and gains strength over time. Structures made of concrete can have a long service life. Concrete is used more than any other manmade material in the world.
